Goal Orientation: Driven by innovation, continuously introduce new varieties, and build an innovative platform with independent R&D capabilities and core competitiveness!

The company has established the Chinese Academy of Sciences, with R&D centers in Beijing and Jinan, creating an innovative development model that synergizes north–south collaboration. The Beijing R&D center focuses on innovation and the refinement of innovative products, as well as the research and development of high‑end raw and auxiliary materials, medical‑aesthetic materials, and intermediates, providing critical technological support for upgrading the pharmaceutical industry. Meanwhile, the Jinan R&D center houses a APIs center, a formulation center, a muscone center, a biomanufacturing center, and a pilot‑scale CDMO platform, comprehensively handling technology optimization and the transition of products from R&D to commercial production. Together with the Beijing R&D center, these facilities complement each other’s strengths, jointly accelerating the efficient translation of the company’s R&D achievements into market‑ready products. The R&D team is led by former CDE reviewers and PhDs, with more than 40% holding master’s degrees or higher.

Internal and external collaboration, complementary strengths

Establish a chemical pharmaceutical research institute to centrally coordinate R&D resources. Forge a strategic partnership with Nuokangda, set up a Beijing research center, and leverage both internal and external collaboration to achieve complementary strengths, accelerate product development and market launch, and secure a competitive edge in the marketplace.

Performance reform, boosting effectiveness

Implement performance‑based reforms: R&D teams will receive a 5%–10% share of net profits generated from commercialization, thereby strengthening their sense of responsibility and commitment. By adopting technology‑centric evaluation criteria, we will steer focus toward breakthroughs in core technologies, enhancing the institute’s competitiveness and influence within the industry.

Innovation-driven, process upgrading

Increase yields, reduce impurities, adopt green intelligent manufacturing, lower production costs, and enhance product quality. By upgrading processes—such as continuous-flow manufacturing and cutting-edge synthetic biology—we improve production efficiency and product quality, thereby strengthening the company’s core competitiveness.
