The specialized new raw material medicine intelligent pilot platform adopts the latest design concepts and advanced platform construction schemes, with a total floor area of 1600 square meters and a construction area of 6283 square meters. It has 8 zones, with reactor volumes ranging from 30L to 3000L, covering continuous hydrogenation, microchannel continuous preparation, photocatalysis platform, high-pressure liquid chromatography preparation platform, polypeptide preparation platform, electrochemical platform, rectification purification platform, and high-activity product pilot amplification area. |
The platform introduces melting crystallization equipment, continuous extraction and continuous crystallization equipment, tubular reactors, and thin-film evaporators. High and low-temperature reactors can meet the reaction requirements of -80℃-200℃. It has ordinary D-class clean areas and high-activity D-class clean areas, allowing 3-4 projects to be carried out simultaneously in different areas. |
