Safety Production Series (6): Keyuan Pharmaceutical Holds Chemical Safety Knowledge and "Anti-Three Violations" Safety Training to Strengthen the Safety Defense!

This training session was carefully organized by the Human Resources Center and the Safety Management Department, with special invitation extended to experienced, in-house Registered Safety Engineers who bring extensive hands-on expertise as instructors. The training covers a wide range of topics, including fundamental safety knowledge specific to chemical production, identification and prevention of common hazards during process operations, essential emergency response skills, and an in-depth analysis of the "Three Violations" management system (i.e., unauthorized command, improper work practices, and breaches of labor discipline). Tailored to address the unique challenges of chemical manufacturing, the program uses vivid case studies to thoroughly explain critical safety precautions at every stage—such as chemical storage, process operations, and waste disposal—thereby comprehensively enhancing employees' safety awareness and their ability to protect themselves effectively.

Against the backdrop of the ongoing and deepening Safety Production Month campaign, and in strong response to the national call for strengthening safety management, Keyuan Pharmaceutical (stock code: 301281.SZ) grandly held a two-day specialized training session on chemical safety knowledge and the "Three Violations" prevention management system from December 10 to 11. The event aimed to systematically enhance employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities through practical drills, further solidifying the company's safety defense line and ensuring that production activities proceed smoothly and efficiently.

Addressing the "Three Violations" management system, the instructor analyzed, using real-life case studies, the hazards of "three violations" behaviors as well as effective preventive measures. The session clearly outlined the responsibilities and obligations of managers at all levels and frontline employees in safety management. Additionally, the instructor introduced the company’s newly revised "Three Violations" management system, including a whistleblowing reward mechanism and detailed regulations on penalties for violations, encouraging employees to mutually monitor one another and collectively uphold a safe and orderly production environment.
