The Way of Lean, a Battle of Wisdom. On September 21, a spectacular "Lean Pioneer" knowledge competition was successfully held at Keyuan Pharmaceutical (stock code: 301281.SZ), aiming to further promote the deep integration of lean manufacturing principles into the company, enhance employees' understanding and awareness of lean management, and ultimately drive the achievement of cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancement goals.

To further consolidate and deepen these achievements, the company has specially planned and organized this "Lean Pioneer" knowledge competition event.
This knowledge competition featured rich and diverse content, covering the theoretical foundations of lean production, practical case studies, value-stream analysis, pull-based production principles, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and more. Participants came from various departments and roles within Keyuan Pharmaceutical, where they showcased their deep understanding and mastery of lean improvement through intense competitions—including mandatory questions, rapid-response challenges, and tie-breaking rounds.
During the competition, the contestants were full of energy and high spirits, eagerly applying their knowledge to real-world work scenarios as they actively tackled a variety of questions—demonstrating both solid professional skills and extensive practical experience. Particularly in the buzzer-round segment, each team showcased quick thinking and nimble reflexes, engaging in a lively battle of wits and speed while fully embodying the spirit of teamwork.
After a tense and exciting competition, first-, second-, and third-place winners were ultimately selected, and the winning contestants were recognized at the event venue.
