To achieve the long-term goal of enhancing quality, reducing costs, and boosting efficiency, Keyuan Pharmaceutical (stock code: 301281.SZ) has established a Lean Digital Intelligence Center, aiming to build a benchmark factory and develop a highly efficient and stable lean digital production system. This initiative has also enabled the company to cultivate a lean management team that is highly aware, well-experienced, and professionally proficient, yielding remarkable phased achievements thus far.
To achieve the company's long-term goal of improving quality, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency, Keyuan Pharmaceutical (stock code: 301281.SZ) has established a Lean Digital Intelligence Center, aiming to build a benchmark factory and develop a highly efficient, stable, and lean digital production system. Recently, in alignment with the lean achievements gained from value stream analysis at benchmark factories, various plants have innovatively established lean project teams and appointed dedicated lean improvement specialists. These teams are now independently identifying and addressing opportunities for lean improvements, driving the company toward comprehensive lean management while simultaneously achieving goals of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement through a series of "small but impactful" initiatives.
Since the beginning of this year, Keyuan Pharmaceutical has actively responded to market changes and evolving business needs by establishing a Lean Promotion Committee, aiming to cultivate a company-wide lean mindset. Under the guidance of the group’s lean experts, the company has proactively adopted advanced tools such as digital and intelligent lean value stream analysis, successfully implementing the lean digital transformation理念—and achieving remarkable improvements at its benchmark factory. The establishment of this new Lean Task Force marks a crucial next step for the company, building on these achievements to further deepen lean management and unlock even greater internal potential.
