During this event, the management trainees visited and learned at the group headquarters, aiming to gain a comprehensive understanding of Keyuan Pharmaceutical's corporate culture, its development journey, and future prospects through firsthand experience—thereby further inspiring their enthusiasm for work and sense of responsibility, and injecting fresh energy into the company's growth.
On July 9, Shandong Keyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (stock code: 301281.SZ) successfully held the second session of its 2024 Management Trainee Training Program.
During this event, the management trainees visited and learned at the group headquarters, aiming to gain a comprehensive understanding of Keyuan Pharmaceutical's corporate culture, its development journey, and future prospects through firsthand experience—thereby further inspiring their enthusiasm for work and sense of responsibility, and injecting fresh vitality into the company’s growth.
On the day of the event, the sun was shining brightly, and the temperature was just right as management trainees who had graduated from top universities gathered at the group headquarters, filled with dreams and excitement for the future. They then toured the company culture exhibition hall and the museum, where not only the group’s remarkable journey and prestigious achievements were showcased, but also the company’s profound cultural heritage and its relentless pursuit of excellence were deeply highlighted.
Precious photographs, tangible artifacts, and detailed textual accounts provided the management trainees with a more vivid understanding of the company's development journey, while also allowing them to deeply appreciate the innovative spirit and relentless determination that define the Kexuan people.
