(stock code: 301281.SZ) recently held a Lean Digital Intelligence Management Training Workshop. The event featured Liu Xingcun, Vice President of Linuo Group and Dean of the Digital Intelligence Research Institute, who was invited to deliver insightful diagnosis and instruction. At the meeting, relevant officials successively reported on the QC小组's phased achievements, the progress of lean digital and intelligent technology transformation initiatives, and the digital-physical value stream analysis, among other topics. Liu Xingcun then provided detailed analyses and diagnoses, followed by an empowering training session titled "DVSM: Digital Lean Value Stream Management."
The Digital Lean Value Stream is a new management model that combines digital transformation with lean management, leveraging digital tools to visualize, streamline, and optimize value flows—ultimately boosting production efficiency, enhancing product quality, and reducing manufacturing costs.
