To thoroughly implement the latest requirements of the Criminal Law Amendment (No. 12), effectively strengthen all employees’ awareness of integrity and compliance, prevent and mitigate risks of internal official‑related crimes, and safeguard the enterprise’s high‑quality development, on May 20, Keyuan Group organized a company‑wide training session on corruption prevention and compliance. Led by the Human Resources Center and the Audit Center, the event adopted a hybrid online–offline format to ensure full coverage, mandatory participation, and comprehensive learning for all staff.

This training program is grounded in the operational characteristics of the pharmaceutical industry and the practical realities of enterprise development. It closely aligns with the key provisions of the Criminal Law Amendment (XII) on internal corruption governance within private enterprises, combining policy relevance, preventive warnings, and practical applicability. The curriculum focuses on core topics such as types of official‑duty crimes, new criminal‑risk regulations, and preventive measures for high‑risk positions. It offers an in-depth analysis of the criteria for identifying internal official‑duty offenses in today’s private enterprises and their grave consequences, clearly delineating legal red lines and disciplinary boundaries that all employees must never cross. The training also reviews typical cases from critical roles across the industry—finance, procurement, sales, engineering, and others—identifying the root causes of risks and vividly illustrating the devastating costs of violations and misconduct. By dispelling complacency and strengthening ideological defenses, the program seeks to establish long‑term mechanisms for risk early warning, process control, and oversight and accountability, thereby advancing a framework of integrity and compliance characterized by “full participation, end‑to‑end control, and comprehensive coverage.”

Chairman Li Hongfu attended the training and delivered a key address. He emphasized that integrity and compliance are the lifeline of the company’s survival and growth, as well as the fundamental cornerstone for Keyuan to establish itself in the industry and achieve steady, long-term success. All employees of Keyuan must respect the law, abide by established rules, and uphold professional ethics; they must resolutely reject any sense of complacency, stay within the boundaries of the law, never cross red lines, and avoid high‑risk areas. Management must firmly assume primary responsibility, refine internal control mechanisms, strengthen oversight and accountability, and integrate integrity and compliance into every stage of production and operations. Every employee should internalize a culture of integrity and translate it into concrete actions, jointly safeguarding the company’s reputation and its achievements, and ensuring that a climate of integrity underpins the enterprise’s high‑quality, sustainable development.

Only with a clean and upright environment can we achieve steady progress and long-term success. Taking this training as an opportunity, Keyuan Group will continue to deepen its culture of integrity and compliance, conduct regular cautionary education, and constantly refine its internal control and oversight system. With a zero-tolerance stance, the Group will resolutely guard against internal corruption risks, striving to build a first-class pharmaceutical enterprise that is ethical, trustworthy, and compliant, thereby ensuring the enduring vitality of the company.
