To thoroughly implement the primary responsibility of enterprises for safe production and strengthen the effectiveness of safety and environmental management, Keyuan Pharmaceutical held its quarterly safety production meeting for the first quarter of 2025 on April 23rd. Leaders in charge from various company departments and members of the Safety Committee attended the meeting, systematically reviewing the achievements made in safety and environmental protection during the first quarter, drawing valuable lessons from these experiences, and outlining key tasks for the second quarter—laying a solid foundation for maintaining a stable and positive safety production outlook throughout the year.

The meeting began with a comprehensive review and summary of the first-quarter safety and environmental protection efforts. Heads of various departments presented updates on safety management progress in their respective areas, using case studies combined with relevant data to highlight the company’s phased achievements in refined management. To deepen understanding, attendees watched an educational video on safe production practices, which provided an in-depth analysis of typical accident cases as well as common weaknesses in daily management. The meeting then systematically outlined specific improvement suggestions for each identified issue, ensuring that potential hazards are addressed and eliminated "on a continuous basis." Looking ahead to the second quarter, the meeting clearly defined five key initiatives: enhancing employee training to elevate overall competency; optimizing existing systems to address operational vulnerabilities; intensifying environmental protection efforts to mitigate risks; conducting thorough equipment inspections to maintain smooth operations; and strengthening emergency preparedness through regular drills. These measures collectively aim to build a robust and reliable safety defense system.
