To continuously enhance quality management and strengthen employees' awareness of quality risk prevention, ensuring the company strictly adheres to GMP standards, Keyuan Pharmaceutical (stock code: 301281.SZ) organized a two-day self-inspection of its pharmaceutical production quality management from June 12 to 13. The inspection was conducted with rigorous, practical, and comprehensive coverage, using stringent criteria to drive continuous improvement in quality management—and reflecting the company's strong commitment to drug safety.
To continuously enhance quality management and strengthen employees' awareness of quality risk prevention, ensuring the company strictly adheres to GMP standards, Keyuan Pharmaceutical (stock code: 301281.SZ) organized a two-day self-inspection of its pharmaceutical production quality management from June 12 to 13. The inspection was conducted with rigorous, practical, and comprehensive coverage, driven by stringent standards aimed at elevating quality management practices—demonstrating the company's strong sense of responsibility toward drug safety.
On June 12, the first meeting of the self-inspection initiative was officially held. Gao Chunpo, Chairman and President of Keyuan Pharmaceutical, attended the meeting and delivered a mobilization speech. Heads of various plants and departments, along with quality management personnel, were also present. During the meeting, it was announced that a dedicated self-inspection team had been established, led by the head of quality, with members drawn from key personnel across multiple areas including production, quality control, and equipment management. The meeting also saw a detailed presentation of the self-inspection plan, outlining the comprehensive checklist and highlighting critical areas of focus, thereby laying a solid foundation for the efficient execution of subsequent tasks.
Led by the self-inspection team, the inspection group conducted a comprehensive, all-encompassing review of every factory and department within the company—leaving no blind spots—focusing on critical areas such as quality management, facility infrastructure, equipment operation, material and product control, and document management. This self-inspection process remained firmly rooted in addressing specific issues, rejecting superficial or perfunctory approaches, and ensuring that each inspection item was thoroughly implemented. As a result, potential risks were effectively identified and meticulously documented.
On June 13, the final meeting of the self-inspection process was held successfully. The meeting fully recognized the effectiveness of the company's quality management system, noting that all operational aspects strictly adhered to GMP standards. In response to a few specific areas identified during the inspection that could be optimized further, relevant departments promptly developed comprehensive corrective action plans, clearly outlining improvement measures and setting precise timelines, thereby enhancing the precision of quality management even more. This self-inspection once again confirmed the robustness of the company's quality management system, providing strong assurance for continuously refining production management processes.
