This chemical pharmaceutical ingredient factory focuses on the efficient and safe production of high-quality pharmaceutical ingredients. 1. Workshop Layout
• Raw Material Storage Area: Specifically used for storing various chemical raw materials. It is equipped with a temperature and humidity control system to ensure that raw materials are stored under optimal conditions.
• Reaction Area: Equipped with multifunctional reactors, supporting various types of chemical reactions (such as synthesis, hydrolysis, oxidation, reduction, etc.). The reactors are made of high-quality stainless steel or glass-lined materials, are corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant, and are equipped with precise temperature control and stirring systems to ensure the efficiency and consistency of the reaction process.
Separation and Purification Area: Equipped with centrifuges, 2-in-1, 3-in-1 equipment, filters, crystallizers, etc., used to separate and purify reaction products to ensure high product purity.
Drying Area: Equipped with vacuum drying ovens, single cone dryers, double cone dryers, and air flow dryers, etc., used to remove moisture and solvents from the product to ensure product stability.
Packaging Area: Automated packaging lines that can efficiently and accurately package products, ensuring product safety during transportation and storage.
2. Equipment and Technology
Reactors: Employ advanced stirring and temperature control technology to ensure the uniformity and controllability of the reaction process.
Automated Control System: Integrates PLC and DCS systems to achieve automated control and real-time monitoring of the production process, improving production efficiency and product quality.
Quality Testing Equipment: Equipped with advanced testing equipment such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), and Mass Spectrometry (MS) to ensure that product quality meets international standards.
3. Quality Control
Full Process Monitoring: Every step from raw material input to finished product packaging is strictly monitored and recorded.
Quality Testing: Each batch of products undergoes quality testing to ensure compliance with international pharmacopoeia standards.
