As the “high-performance code” hidden within the pages of books collides with marketers’ practical insights, it’s driving our team to deepen understanding through reading and grow collaboratively through dialogue. Li Lei, Executive Vice President of Keyuan Pharmaceutical, and all members of the Marketing Center attended this intellectual feast.

Cognitive leap, advanced thinking level

This sharing session adopts a dual-role approach—“reader + speaker”—to create a complete closed-loop system encompassing “deepened understanding—practical connection—refined methodologies.” During the reading segment, all participants focused on carefully studying the book’s core chapters, word by word and sentence by sentence. Through immersive reading, they transcended the mental boundaries of their daily work routines, gaining a profound grasp of the underlying logic behind high-performance habits. This enabled a cognitive leap—from “passive execution” to “proactive thinking,” ensuring that core principles such as being proactive, starting with the end in mind, and adopting a win-win mindset truly took root and resonated deeply, thereby achieving a significant upgrade in their thinking paradigm.

Integrating knowledge and practice to break through and achieve incremental performance gains.

During the subsequent reflection and sharing session, participants drew on their roles in marketing, closely integrating the book’s principles with practical tasks such as customer acquisition, team collaboration, and target achievement, and engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions. Through focused summarization and systematic organization of the key insights shared, they distilled scattered practical experiences into highly effective, replicable, and scalable work methods, providing strong support for future business initiatives.

Li Lei, Executive Vice President, delivered a concluding remark that infused the team with even greater confidence: “Today, we’re not discussing the ‘Seven Habits’ from textbooks—rather, we’re talking about the ‘Seven Levers’ that will ensure our 2026 budget is successfully implemented.” He emphasized that Keyuan Pharmaceutical’s corporate philosophy—“Caring for Life and Health, Safeguarding a Better Life”—requires the marketing team to rely on high-performance habits as a foundation, transforming knowledge into market competitiveness. Specifically, the team must seize market opportunities through “proactive initiative,” keep track of goal progress by “starting with the end in mind,” and solidify customer relationships with a “win-win mindset.” Ultimately, each habit should become a “power source” driving the achievement of our budget targets.

Within books lies a treasure trove of gold; the unity of knowledge and practice ushers in a new journey. This year-end book-sharing session is not only a concentrated elevation of our cognitive thinking but also a crucial preparatory boost for tackling business challenges ahead. Through in-depth study and practical discussions, the Marketing Center team has not only bridged the gap from “mastering methods” to “upgrading mindset,” but has also gained a clearer understanding of how to transform high-performance habits into tangible business momentum. In doing so, we’ve established a positive feedback loop—“mindset enhancement → method implementation → target achievement.”

Standing at the cusp of 2025 and 2026, all members of the Marketing Center are drawing on the wisdom of books to reaffirm our original aspirations, leveraging efficiency to unite our strength, and transforming what we’ve learned from reading into concrete actions for customer acquisition and practical skills for achieving breakthroughs. With an even more spirited attitude and a more efficient working style, we’re ready to kick off a new marketing chapter in the coming year.
