As the year 2025 quietly comes to a close, Keyuan Pharmaceutical and Linuo Pharmaceutical, guided by the “Five Major Founding Principles” strategy, are steadily and confidently forging ahead on the journey of pharmaceutical and healthcare development—using industry as their foundation and craftsmanship as their ink—to compose a grand saga of growth that resonates with the times and walks hand in hand with life itself.

Year-end review: Looking back on a glorious journey.

Industry is the cornerstone of enterprise development—a foundation as solid as the earth itself, nurturing and sustaining growth. This year, guided by the principles of “long-termism, product-first, and altruism,” we’ve delved deeply into multiple dimensions, steadily strengthening the foundations of the pharmaceutical industry.

1. Strategic Positioning: Leading the Way

This year, we closely followed the strategic guidance of the “Five Major Initiatives Year,” adopting a core architecture centered on “One Body, Dual Cores, and Dual-Engine Drive” to precisely position ourselves and strategically plan our course amid the tides of the times.

This year, four major projects were officially launched: the highly efficient continuous-flow digital intelligent factory project for isosorbide mononitrate, the digital intelligent flexible factory project for biomanufacturing, the smart pilot-scale platform project for specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative active pharmaceutical ingredients, and the flexible intelligent factory project for progestogens. These projects cover a wide range of product categories, including chemical APIs, natural food additives/functional ingredients, cosmetic and medical-aesthetic raw materials, and pharmaceutical intermediates.

This year, the intelligent manufacturing project for injectables has successively received honors such as the “Provincial Green, Low-Carbon, and High-Quality Development Project” and the “Provincial Major Industrial Breakthrough Reserve Project for Transforming Old and New Growth Drivers.”

This year, the Jinan Intelligent Manufacturing Base for Injectable Drugs was fully completed, marking the official implementation of digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading.

This year, we obtained certification under the four major management systems—ISO 50001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001—in one go, leveraging system development to drive high-quality growth.

2. Upgrading to intelligent manufacturing and establishing computing power centers

This year, the Jinan Computing Power Center was officially launched, achieving a comprehensive regional layout that enables data interoperability and coordinated capacity across multiple locations.

We are deeply integrating digital twins, AI algorithms, and 5G technology to enable end-to-end, dynamic, and visual optimization of production scheduling, quality control, and energy consumption, thereby driving enterprises toward a comprehensive transformation into a new digital and intelligent pharmaceutical model.

The Smart Laboratory has been completed, embodying a new path for efficient and precise development in pharmaceutical research through “transparency, standardization, automation, informatization, and intelligence.”

The SCADA system has been deployed in the workshop of Intelligent Manufacturing Plant No. 1, leveraging technology to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

3. Breakthroughs in R&D innovation and refinement of the product portfolio

This year, we established the Central Research Institute and set up R&D centers in Beijing and Jinan, creating an innovative ecosystem characterized by coordinated development and mutual reinforcement between the north and south.

This year, we introduced a large number of new products across our entire product line, 11 of which have already been successfully launched, marking our transition from the chronic disease sector to diversified growth areas.

This year, the six major technology platforms—nitration technology, hydrogenation technology, sulfonation technology, fluorination technology, chiral catalysis technology, enzyme catalysis technology, and continuous-flow technology—have significantly enhanced their capabilities, laying a solid foundation for the R&D and production of high-end active pharmaceutical ingredients and innovative formulations.

This year, Forees® Ammonia Inhalant Ointment and Xinsu® Isosorbide Dinitrate Spray have been named among the “Household Essential Medicines” brands.

This year, the company’s new products, management team, and overall company have all been honorably recognized with awards at industry conferences such as the Wuzhen Health Conference, the China Pharmaceutical Fair, and the Xingchen Conference, earning high acclaim for their market value.

4. Marketing: Blooming Across All Domains

This year, guided by the “customer-centric” philosophy, we have deepened our presence in the market and, building on multi-national pharmaceutical regulatory certifications, gradually expanded our collaborative footprint in overseas markets, thereby securing broader recognition for the quality and value of our national pharmaceutical products. By 2025, our marketing network has spread across dozens of countries and regions worldwide.

This year, Xinhai Pharmaceutical, Xi'an Zhuohong Chaoyuan Bio, U.S.-based Xseer Pharmaceuticals, Guoji Hospital, Suining Chamber of Commerce, and Hangzhou Deli Chemical—all engaged in mutual visits and exchanges, thus building bridges for cooperation.

This year, we have successively showcased our presence at international trade shows such as the Japan Raw Materials Expo, the Netherlands Raw Materials Expo, and the France Raw Materials Expo, as well as domestic exhibitions including the Pharmaceutical Fair, Starlight Conference, and CPhI China. Through our active participation in these industry events, we’ve conveyed our brand’s value and accelerated the development of a globally competitive pharmaceutical brand portfolio.

This year, we launched a nationwide product blitz campaign to comprehensively boost our market share.

5. Brand value leaps forward

This year, we were honored with the “2025 Forbes China Industry Development Innovation Brand Award,” highlighting our company’s robust strength in innovation-driven development and quality-based enterprise management.

This year, we’re thrilled to unveil our brand IP: “Qilin Treading on Auspicious Clouds—Vanquishing All the Trials of the Human World.”

This year, we were named a “Consumer-Favorite Company” by “Household Essential Medicines.”

6. Team Building: Upholding Our Original Aspirations Together

This year, a group of passionate healthcare professionals, with expertise as their wings and steadfast dedication as their fertile soil, have forged the core driving force behind industry development.

This year, we launched 18 sessions of the “Building a Learning-Oriented Team” series, covering a comprehensive range of topics—including international certifications, patent certifications, engineering management, company-wide English learning, and business etiquette—thus boosting our internal motivation.

This year, we organized a variety of activities—including skills competitions, healthy walking events, safety production drills, company-wide fitness check-in challenges, badminton tournaments, and table tennis competitions—helping employees hone their professional expertise while also enriching their leisure time.
