As the calendar for 2025 has already turned, this year has marked a pivotal milestone for Keyuan Pharmaceutical—a year of strategic upgrading, technological leaps, and industrial integration. Guided by our “Five-Year Vision,” we’ve harnessed the dual-engine of “chemical drugs + biologics” as our driving force and leveraged digital and intelligent transformation powered by “AI + computing power” as our wings. On the journey to safeguard human health, we’ve delivered an impressive, inspiring, and highly valuable annual report card.

Time refines craftsmanship, and the passage of years witnesses transformation. As the calendar for 2025 has already turned, this year has marked a pivotal milestone for Keyuan Pharmaceutical—a year of strategic upgrading, technological leaps, and industrial integration. Guided by our “Five-Year Vision,” we’ve harnessed the dual-engine of “chemical drugs + biologics” as our driving force and leveraged digital and intelligent transformation powered by “AI + computing power” as our wings. On the journey to safeguard human health, we’ve delivered an impressive and inspiring annual report—rich in substance and brimming with value.
This year, we achieved a strategic upgrade and established a new development paradigm characterized by “one core, dual engines, and dual-wheel drive.” We decisively focused on cutting-edge fields, simultaneously launching four major projects—including the Isosorbide Mononitrate Digital Intelligence Factory and the Flexible Biomanufacturing Plant—thus firmly seizing the initiative in industry development. The groundbreaking implementation of intelligent manufacturing innovation reached a milestone on September 28, when our subsidiary, Linuo Pharmaceutical’s “AI + Computing Power” smart factory was officially completed in Jinan. Built to threefold international standards, this smart factory deeply integrates artificial intelligence with digital twin technology, creating a comprehensive, intelligent control system that makes data and computing power the core drivers of productivity.
This year, we’ve continued to achieve breakthroughs in R&D and innovation, building a strong competitive moat. We established the Central Research Institute and set up R&D centers in Beijing and Jinan, creating a “north-south synergy” framework. Our six major technology platforms have steadily enhanced their capabilities. Several of our products have firmly secured leading positions in national centralized procurement, and 11 new products have been launched one after another, earning widespread market recognition. Two of our products—such as Fures® Aminecaine Ointment—have even made it onto the list of “Household Essential Medicines,” highlighting our integrated, end-to-end industrial-chain advantages spanning “active pharmaceutical ingredients + formulations.”
This year, our brand value in the market has surged, and our global expansion strategy has accelerated. Guided by the customer-centric philosophy, we’ve deepened strategic partnerships with international collaborators such as U.S.-based Xseer Pharmaceuticals, helping us build new global competitive advantages in the industry. At the same time, we were honored with the “2025 Forbes China Industry Development Innovation Brand Award” and launched our brand IP “Qilin,” which embodies the sentiment “All the hardships of the human world can be dispelled.” This has given our mission of “caring for life and health” a more vivid cultural expression. Our team-building efforts have been solid and effective; through 18 sessions of learning-oriented organizational activities, we’ve broken down cognitive boundaries and remained steadfast in our core values—“long-termism, product-first approach, and altruism”—gathering powerful synergy to overcome challenges and achieve breakthroughs.
