“The mighty pass ahead seems as solid as iron, yet now we take a step forward and start anew.” On February 23, Keyuan Group (Keyuan Pharmaceutical 301281.SZ, Linuo Pharmaceutical) successfully held its 2026 Marketing Special Conference—the “First Lesson of the New Year”—marking a strong start to the resumption of work. The company’s Chairman Li Hongfu, President Wei Zhiguo, and other senior management team members, along with heads of various business units, functional departments, and core key employees, all participated in the event. With the theme “Strategic Leadership, Uniting Hearts and Gathering Strength, Tackling Challenges and Breaking Impasses,” the conference set forth the core objectives for 2026 marketing efforts, laid out the strategic blueprint for the entire year, and sounded the rallying cry for a vigorous new year of production and work resumption.

At the outset of the meeting, Chairman Li Hongfu delivered a strategic keynote speech. Grounded in the development trends of the bio-manufacturing sector and aligned with the Group’s actual development situation, he provided an in-depth analysis of the Group’s overall development strategy and the core directions for marketing efforts in 2026. He clearly defined the development positioning and key objectives for each business unit, each segment, and each regional area. He emphasized that marketing is the core engine driving enterprise development, and all marketing personnel must take the strategy as their guiding principle, unite their efforts, and work collaboratively to squarely face market challenges, overcome developmental hurdles, and seize market opportunities with more precise strategies and more pragmatic actions.

During the “First Lesson of the New Year” event, Chairman Li Hongfu focused on an in-depth strategic analysis and the empowerment of digital and intelligent transformation. He shared an interview with the Global President of McKinsey and engaged in a profound discussion with the participants around the central question: “Where do wage earners find their way forward?” He emphasized that artificial intelligence is now the core driving force behind corporate development, and digital and intelligent transformation in the pharmaceutical industry has become an inevitable trend. All departments within the Group must attach great importance to AI applications, fully integrating AI into every aspect of work—including marketing, R&D, production, administration, and finance—so as to leverage AI for efficiency enhancement and empower the Group’s high-quality development through digital and intelligent transformation. In the subsequent activities, participants divided into groups to conduct brainstorming sessions under the themes of “Leading Three Trends” and “Tackling Three Key Challenges.” All attendees engaged in intensive exchanges and discussions on key and difficult issues at work, the practical application of AI technologies, and the company’s overall development. Everyone freely expressed their views, offered constructive suggestions, and forged a shared consensus through the clash of ideas. Through these exchanges and discussions, they identified and resolved bottlenecks in development, further clarifying the implementation steps and division of responsibilities for various tasks in 2026, as well as the direction and supporting measures for the comprehensive deployment of AI across all areas. With each business segment working in sync and pulling in the same direction, the Group has united its forces to form a cohesive, coordinated effort—a “single chessboard” approach—to tackle marketing challenges.
