Its solid dosage-form workshop has just been awarded the First Prize in the 2025 “Making Contributions to the Spring City” Innovation and Excellence Labor Competition, while its injectable digital-intelligent factory has once again delivered exciting news: thanks to its cutting-edge smart manufacturing capabilities, a comprehensive digital-intelligent system, and remarkable achievements in implementation, it has been successfully recognized as a Basic-Level Smart Factory in Jinan for 2026.

As a key project for green, low-carbon, and high-quality development in Shandong Province, the injectable pharmaceutical digital intelligence factory has received a total investment of over RMB 500 million. Focusing on the intelligent production of high-end injectables, the facility has been built to stringent standards, featuring two fully automated smart production lines—one for lyophilized powders and the other for BFS (Blow-Fill-Seal) packaging. By deeply integrating cutting-edge technologies such as digital twins, AI-powered visual inspection, 5G industrial IoT, AGV-based smart logistics, and end-to-end electronic batch records, the plant achieves comprehensive digital and intelligent control across the entire value chain, from raw material handling and precise filling to sterile manufacturing, intelligent quality inspection, and smart warehousing.

This recognition represents the Jinan Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology’s authoritative endorsement and high praise for the company’s achievements in digital and intelligent transformation, its level of smart manufacturing, and its demonstrative value to the industry. It also marks a significant milestone in Keyuan Pharmaceutical and Linuo Pharmaceutical’s steadfast commitment to deepening their expertise in the pharmaceutical sector and pursuing innovation-driven development.
