On September 28, the grand inauguration ceremony for the AI+Computing Power Intelligent Factory of Linuo Pharmaceutical Injection Project, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keyuan Pharmaceutical (stock code: 301281.SZ), was held solemnly in Jinan. Over 100 guests attended the event, including representatives from Jinan Municipal Market Supervision Administration, Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology, as well as officials from Licheng District Government and local subdistrict offices. Also present were renowned experts and scholars from the pharmaceutical industry, along with representatives from upstream and downstream partner companies, financial institutions, and media outlets—everyone gathered to witness Keyuan Pharmaceutical & Linuo Pharmaceutical’s groundbreaking achievement in the field of intelligent manufacturing for injectables.

It is reported that the project features a total floor area of approximately 46,000 square meters, encompassing a quality inspection and R&D building, a high-end injectable drug production facility, and an integrated intelligent automated warehouse. The project's production and quality management systems have been established in accordance with national GMP standards, as well as U.S. FDA and EU GMP guidelines. This state-of-the-art facility seamlessly combines smart manufacturing, lean production, eco-friendly practices, and safety-first approaches, making it a premier intelligent manufacturing plant for injectable drugs. The project also stands out as a key initiative for green, low-carbon, and high-quality development in Shandong Province, a flagship project for technological upgrades among enterprises in the province, and a major industrial research endeavor focused on transforming old growth drivers into new ones in Shandong.

Currently, plans are underway to build two production lines: one for lyophilized powder injections and another for BFS (Blow-Fill-Seal) products.
The lyophilized powder injection production line specializes in non-final sterilization injectables, covering both lyophilized powder injections and water-based injections in vials. Meanwhile, the BFS production line focuses on final sterilization water injections, primarily producing plastic ampoule formulations. Both production lines leverage digital twin technology, showcasing a highly automated and intelligent manufacturing approach. Through technologies such as unmanned material handling, visual inspection, and real-time monitoring, these systems have significantly enhanced efficiency and ensured consistent product quality, while also markedly reducing the physical workload for personnel.
