To comprehensively summarize the achievements and shortcomings of the first half of the year, deeply analyze industry development trends, and outline key tasks and future strategic plans for the second half, Keyuan Pharmaceutical grandly held its semi-annual management cadre review meeting on July 19, rallying collective consensus and committing fully to achieving the annual goals.

The meeting kicked off with everyone singing the Linuo Anthem and reciting the Linuo Ode together. During the event, heads of various departments and factory directors took to the stage one by one to deliver their reports, outlining the key achievements, innovative initiatives, ongoing challenges, and future action plans for the first half of 2025. Each presentation was packed with highlights, backed by concrete data and real-world examples, clearly demonstrating the team’s unwavering dedication and meticulous efforts over the past six months—testimony to Keway Pharmaceutical’s collective commitment to excellence in every department.

Chairman and President Gao Chunpo delivered a comprehensive analysis at the meeting, delving into national policies and industry development trends. He emphasized that the pharmaceutical industry is currently undergoing a profound period of adjustment, facing mounting external challenges such as intensified internal competition, increasingly fierce homogeneous rivalry, and the ongoing impact of centralized procurement policies. Under these circumstances, enterprises must stay firmly anchored to their strategic vision, identify their ideal market positioning amid shifting policy landscapes, and adopt a long-term mindset to navigate cyclical fluctuations—turning challenges into opportunities and creating fresh momentum amidst uncertainty.

For the second-half-year tasks, the Chairman clearly emphasized that all systems must work together synergistically: The sales team should deeply cultivate the market, actively attract new customers, and proactively secure opportunities for collaborating on new products. Meanwhile, the production team needs to operate at full capacity, leveraging economies of scale to reduce costs and boost efficiency. Additionally, the R&D and production departments must collaborate closely to tackle key challenges head-on, using technological upgrades to enhance the market competitiveness of our products. Finally, the quality and safety & environmental protection departments must rigorously uphold compliance standards, laying a solid foundation for the company’s stable and sustainable operations.

This performance review meeting was not only a reflection on our work but also a rallying call to strengthen our resolve. All management team members expressed their commitment to seize this opportunity as a catalyst to identify the right direction, map out clear pathways, and lead their teams wholeheartedly toward achieving this year’s key objectives—ultimately driving Keway Pharmaceutical toward high-quality growth amid industry-wide transformations.
